Typebound aims to make its reading and typing experience usable across keyboards, touch devices, screen readers, zoom, contrast preferences, and reduced-motion settings.

Current support

Core controls are designed for keyboard use and visible focus. Form controls and dialogs use programmatic labels, status messages are announced where practical, and the interface adapts to narrower screens. Typebound honors the operating system’s reduced-motion preference and provides reader font, size, spacing, color-theme, cursor, and typing-assist controls.

Known limitations

Typebound contains game-like animation, dense reading controls, custom typing behavior, and illustrated companion surfaces. Some combinations of very high zoom, browser extensions, speech input, or older assistive technology may still be imperfect. The team is continuing keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, motion, and zoom review before broad release.
